Meridia Labs was founded with a clear vision: to bridge the gap between cutting-edge artificial intelligence and real-world business needs. We saw too many companies struggling to adopt AI — held back by complexity, cost, and a lack of practical solutions.
So we built our own. Starting with 247Rep, our AI-powered customer support platform, we proved that intelligent automation could be both powerful and accessible. Today, we offer a suite of products spanning customer service, development tools, design, e-commerce, and collaboration.
